VICTORIA KENDRICK
PARALEGAL

Victoria Kendrick joined Rothman Law in July 2026 as a Paralegal, where she supports attorneys across all phases of commercial real estate transactions. Victoria has fifteen years of paralegal experience, specializing in pre-closing through post-closing due diligence in both residential and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Rothman Law, Victoria worked in-house for a real estate investment, development and management firm holding approximately $7 billion within their portfolio nationwide. There she managed litigation, corporate matters, acquisitions, refinances and assisted in leasing. Throughout her years as a paralegal and separately as a real estate investor, she has occupied every seat at the closing table. She uses her knowledge of all sides to navigate complexities that may arise; to push transactions seamlessly to closing.

Victoria graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2013 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies.
