Leeor Amsalem joined Rothman Law PLLC in June 2021 and serves as Counsel, leading a team of associates within the firm’s real estate group. Leeor’s practice focuses on the representation of institutional funds and investors in the acquisition, sale, and financing of properties nationwide, including large portfolio transactions and joint ventures.

She regularly advises clients in all aspects of real estate, including borrower-side financing, commercial leasing, and high-end residential transactions. Leeor has developed a reputation for her skillful, detail-oriented approach and her ability to navigate complex deals efficiently while advancing her clients’ business objectives. She maintains close and collaborative relationships with her clients and provides practical, strategic guidance tailored to each transaction.

Prior to joining Rothman Law, Leeor practiced at a New York–based real estate firm, where she gained extensive experience representing purchasers of industrial sites, as well as developers and investors in a wide range of commercial and luxury residential transactions.
