Lauren Abecassis joined Rothman Law PLLC in November 2023. Her practice focuses on representing borrowers and lenders in complex real estate financing transactions, including acquisition, construction, SBA, and mezzanine loans. In addition to her financing work, Lauren regularly represents clients in joint venture transactions and purchase and sale agreements involving a wide range of asset types. Lauren also represents clients in commercial leasing matters and regularly advises on transactions involving multifamily buildings, office properties, project developments, and industrial assets.

Lauren is known for her practical approach, strong attention to detail, and commitment to advancing transactions efficiently while protecting the clients’ interests.

Prior to joining Rothman Law PLLC, Lauren was an associate at a prominent law firm where she handled a diverse range of commercial and residential real estate transactions nationwide.

Lauren earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2021 and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
