Laura Hakakian joined Rothman Law PLLC in October 2025 as a Law Clerk and has since transitioned to an Associate. Laura's practice encompasses a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, commercial leasing, and financing matters involving a variety of asset types.

She drafts and reviews transaction documents, assists with financing arrangements, and provides organizational and analytical support throughout each stage of a deal. Laura approaches every matter with diligence and professionalism, contributing to the firm’s commitment to efficiency and excellence in client service.

Laura graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2025 and is admitted to practice in the State of New York and State of New Jersey.
