Laura Hakakian joined Rothman Law PLLC in October 2025 as a Law Clerk. Laura supports the firm’s attorneys in a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, commercial leasing, and financing matters involving a variety of asset types.

She assists in drafting and reviewing transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and providing organizational and analytical support throughout each stage of a deal. Laura approaches every matter with diligence and professionalism, contributing to the firm’s commitment to efficiency and excellence in client service.

Laura graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2025 and is currently awaiting admission to the New York State Bar.
