Daniel Rothman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rothman Law PLLC. Daniel is a seasoned real estate attorney who represents investors, developers, and funds in complex acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and commercial leasing transactions across the country.

He has extensive experience advising on multi-asset portfolios, development projects, and structured real estate investments involving a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, commercial, mixed-use, and residential properties. Daniel serves as trusted counsel to several national investment funds and family offices, providing strategic guidance that blends legal precision with a deep understanding of business and capital markets.
