Brittany Pape joined Rothman Law PLLC in October 2025 as an associate and is based in the firm’s Florida office. Her practice focuses on real estate financing as well as commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions, representing clients in all stages of acquisition, sale, and closing. Brittany’s experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, conducting due diligence and title review, and coordinating closings for a wide range of real estate matters.

Prior to joining Rothman Law, Brittany worked as an associate attorney at a boutique real estate firm in Miami, where she gained extensive experience in title, contract, and closing matters, developing a strong foundation in transactional real estate practice.

Brittany earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Barnard College. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
