BRANDON BROWN
PARALEGAL

Brandon Brown joined Rothman Law in June 2025 as Senior Paralegal, where he leads the firm’s paralegal program and supports attorneys across all phases of commercial real estate transactions. Brandon’s work spans acquisitions, financings, and dispositions of commercial and residential properties nationwide, with a focus on contract drafting, entity formation, due diligence review, title and survey analysis, and closing coordination.

Prior to joining Rothman Law, Brandon was a commercial real estate paralegal at an Am Law 100 firm, where he managed complex closings involving a wide range of asset types. He brings a deep understanding of institutional processes and documentation standards, which he has leveraged to streamline Rothman Law’s internal systems and transaction management practices.

Brandon graduated from Penn State University in 2015 and earned his Paralegal Certificate from Nassau Community College in 2017.
