AUDREY ABATE
ASSOCIATE

Audrey Abate joined Rothman Law PLLC in May 2022 as a law clerk and has since transitioned to an Associate. Audrey’s practice focuses on acquisitions, financings, dispositions, and commercial leasing. She has particular expertise in facility loan transactions representing borrowers, where she provides strategic and detail-oriented counsel to ensure smooth execution from negotiation through closing. Audrey is known for her unwavering commitment and hands-on involvement at every stage of a transaction.

Prior to joining Rothman Law, Audrey worked at a family office actively engaged in the acquisition, financing, and leasing of big-box and high-street retail properties, both internationally and throughout the tri-state area.

Audrey graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2021 and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
