Aneta joined Rothman Law PLLC in March 2026. A Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with over seven years of experience, she focuses on commercial lending and finance transactions and thrives in high-volume, fast-paced deal environments.

She has extensive experience managing closings from initial due diligence through post-closing, with a strong command of drafting and reviewing commitment letters, term sheets, and ancillary loan documents. Her practice includes title and survey review, title clearance, and coordination across all parties to keep transactions on track and on schedule. She also brings specialized experience in CEMA transactions, collateral assignments, and loan terminations.
